No registration is required. However, we recommend register in order to save time in future transactions. Anyway, you can always buy your toppings to decorate desserts or shakes or drinks as a “Guest”, without registering.
Can I cancel my order of toppings?
Yes, you may cancel your order for your toppings to decorate sundaes, shakes or frozen yogurt. You will have to contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number you have been given. If your request is being shipped or has already been delivered, we will consider it as a return.
How long will it take for my Delitop Delicatessen Toppings to arrive?

Shipments to the Peninsula usually take between 1 and 3 business days. Shipments to the Balearic Islands, within 2-5 business days. Are raspberries dehydrated?
Yes, raspberries are dehydrated. Also known as freeze-dried raspberries, they are used as toppings to decorate cakes and coffees.
Can I make notes on the delivery address of my toppings?
Indeed, we have reserved a space in the form for billing and shipping address where you can tell us some notes about the order, including special comments for the carrier.
How do I know if my Delitop Delicatessen Toppings purchase is completed?
When placing your order of toppings for smoothies or deserts you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive it, please contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I change or remove an item from my order?

How do I receive the invoice?
If you need an invoice, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send the bill requested by mail in PDF format. Keep this bill for any possible incident.
Can I have the bill on behalf of my company?
Indeed. At the time you fill out the billing and delivery form, you have the option to indicate the name of your company (if applicable), you can also indicate whether you want the delivery address and billing to be different.
What happens if I receive a defective topping?
Please contact us by mail at email@example.com. Any damaged product will be exchanged at our expense. A carrier will collect the item and it will be replaced by a similar item in perfect condition. Remember to keep the package and box intact, as well as the shipment number and the invoice you were given. Returns will not be accepted once the product has been opened or manipulated by the Customer.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
We recommend checking all of the items right at the time of delivery. And, in case you got an item that does not match your order, please contact us by mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will proceed to find a solution as soon as possible.
Can I exchange the item for another reason?
If you want to change a topping to decorate desserts but not due to any defect or shipping error, we will exchange it for you but it will be at your expense (i.e. you have to bear the costs of transportation) Contact us by mail to email@example.com to arrange the change or removal of the product. Still, we remind you that we accept no return in cases in which the product has been opened or manipulated by the Customer.
What is the deadline to make the return of Delitop toppings?
The deadline for any refund is 5 days after purchase.
Where are Delitop Delicatessen Toppings sold?
Delitop Delicatessen Toppings are sold throughout the national territory, including Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands. We also sell the entire European continent. For shipments outside the Spanish territory, please contact us before ordering at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not ship to PO boxes.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be made by the same method of payment you used. If the product we get has been opened or manipulated, no refunds will be made.
